VOW Sales and Service Centre now using an 0800 number - 17.8.2009

With immediate effect VOW are introducing an 0800 number for the Centralised Sales and Service Centre. From Monday 17th August the main telephone number will be;

0800 988 8844

Due to the significant increase in calls directed to CSSC over recent weeks, coupled with a slower response time than anticipated we are introducing this number to remove the charges to you for calling us. The freephone number will remain live until we can confidently achieve service levels which meet our customers´ expectations.

This change is just one of many improvements we are currently working towards to improve the performance of VOW services. Other improvements include the introduction of a comprehensive CRM system which will enable us to more accurately track and monitor queries and responses, the automation of backorder reports, the development of a reseller portal of information such as PODs, collection notes and price files along with the ongoing development and training of the VOW team.

With regard to the existing 0844 number, this will remain live, however you will continue to be charged for your call if you choose to use this number. You are therefore advised to use the 0800 number as soon as possible.
