We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to complement and strengthen our existing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or experienced marketer to join a successful dynamic marketing team. Reporting in to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Tasks

-Creating and implementing marketing plans for key customer accounts

-Develop and maintain customer relationships with a variety of clients

-Design a wide range of marketing materials including digital and print collateral in line with customers’ marketing strategies

-Produce branding and rebranding projects

-Create, manage and execute email campaigns analysing results and delivering quarterly reports

-Develop and maintain the content of websites

-Oversee social media activity including page management and producing content in line with customers’ brand guidelines

-Ability to create business blogs and video content to support wider campaigns

-Report on social media analytics

-Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by management


Knowledge & Experience Required

-Experience of working in a similar role OR educated to a degree/HND level in a relevant subject

-Photoshop knowledge preferred

-Experience of producing creative and fresh content in line with brand guidelines

-Great communicator with a bright, friendly and positive attitude

-Good organisational and planning skills as well as a high level of initiative

-Previous experience of marketing in a B2B setting is desirable but not essential

-Professional image with excellent written and verbal communication skills

-The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

-Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

-Experience of using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

-Working knowledge of digital and social media marketing techniques and new trends

-Customer focused with ability to maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders


Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,000.00 /year
